We are looking for a motivated professional IT Manager for Scanfil’s Sweden factories. Selected person will have overall responsibility about IT services, solutions and operations aligned to Swedish sites business needs. Main work location will be either our Malmö or Åtvidaberg factory. Reporting to the Group ICT Director, person will also participate to Scanfil’s global IT collaboration, planning and development as member of IT Management team.

If you join us, your primary job functions will be:

• Leadership of IT Teams in the Sweden (setting goals and observing the implementation of plans and tasks, planning costs, organizing work and also supporting hands-on the teams).
• Ensuring the implementation of group standards in Scanfil Swedish sites.
• Cooperation with Swedish site management about the direction of IT development and support in the region.
• Participating in planning direction of Scanfil’s IT systems, processes and services.
• Coordinating implementation and development of IT processes and security in region.
• Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues, solve and guide your team in solving problems
• Supervision of IT projects in scope of responsibility.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT resources.
• Responsibility for data reported to the Group ICT Director and region’s factory management.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

• Higher education in information technology or similar / Evidence of adequate professional experience.
• Strong experience in people leadership (preferred IT teams)
• >5 years of experience about IT work as for example administrator, technician, software engineer etc.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, tools and key IT processes around IT service delivery, operation and development
• Good written and spoken English and Swedish skills
• Good customer service, team working & communication skills
• Excellent problems solving & analytical skills

Valued Optional Skills / Knowledge are:

• Experience in the manufacturing (EMS) business
• Experience from working in a multicultural, international environment
